Sinoe  Electoral District 2 has a registered voter population of 18,439  made up of  10,981 males and 7,458 females as of July 2023.

With 27 centers, the electoral district consists of all the amalgamated towns in Bar-Nakay, Bodae, Bokon, Dubukoun, Jaedae, Jaedae Quioh, Jlay, Jorbor, Krah, Sarboh, Suay and Tar-Jaedepo administrative districts.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
