Nimba  Electoral District 4 has a registered voter population of 35,350 made up of  17,522 males and  17,828 females as of July 2023.

With 30 centers, the electoral district consists all the amalgamated towns in Gbor Administrative District; Beh, Bongarplay, Duah, Garplay, Gbei Bonnah, Gbei Vonwea, Gblanlay, Gbonwea, Gborplay, Keh-Low, Kpairplay, Lontuo, Mahdiaplay, Senlay and Vayenglay amalgamated towns in Twan River Administrative District; and Baylehglay, Rlekporlay, Siaplay New and Siaplay Old amalgamated towns in Zoe-Gbao Administrative District.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
