Montserrado  Electoral District 13 has a registered voter population of 49,468 made up of   24,782 males and  24,686 females as of July 2023.

With 27 centers, the electoral district consists of all the following: J.J.Y South A and Small St. Michael communities in Gardnersville Township; Jamaica Road and Stockton Creek communities in Garglorh Township; and Bassa Town, Battery Factory, Blackie Island, Central New Georgia, Chocolate City Zone One, Chocolate City Zone Two, Darquee town, Famous Island, Flahn Town, Frog Island, Humphrey Island, Iron Factory South, Iron Factory North, Jacket, MMK, New Georgia Estate, New Georgia Gulf, New Georgia Junction, New Georgia Sign Board, Nigerian Shop, SARCO Community, St. Michael, Topoe Village and Tusa Field communities in New Georgia Township.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
