Margibi Electoral District 3 has a registered voter population of 30,547 made up of 14,294 males and 16,253 females as of July 2023.

With 29 centers, the electoral district consists of Poinnah Amalgamated Town in armington Administrative District; and Ward Four, Ward Six, Ward Seven, Ward Eight and Ward Nine city wards in Kakata City.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
