Lofa Electoral District 3 has a registered voter population of 29,606 made up of 13,699 males and 15,907 females as of July 2023.
With 34 centers, the electoral district consists of all the amalgamated towns in Kolahun and Lukambeh administrative districts; Kpadehmai, Kpakamai, Lawalazu, Topogizizu and Zawordamai amalgamated towns in Voinjama Administrative District; and pangihemba-One Amalgamated Town in Wanhassa Administrative District.
The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
