Grand Bassa Electoral District 4 has a registered voter population of 30,749 made up of 15,405 males and 15,344 females as of July 2023.

With 33 centers, the electoral district comprises of Dohnwein, Faitro and Leegbah amalgamated towns in Blezee Administrative District; Gaye Peter, Glow and Zeewein amalgamated towns in Gorblee Administrative District; and Ghannie, Juewein, Norwein and Pay-U-Way amalgamated towns in Nyuein-Wein Administrative District.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
