Gbarpolu Electoral District 3 has a registered voter population of 14,758 made up of 8,486 males and 6,272 females as of July 2023.

With 27 centers, the electoral district comprises of all the amalgamated towns in barma and Kongba administrative districts; and Gbelleta, Tawalata North and Wolala amalgamated towns in Bopolu Administrative District.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
