Bomi Electoral District 3 has a registered voter population of 24,733 made up of 12,889 males and 11,844 females as of July 2023.

With 29 centers, the electoral district comprises of Binda, Bogbeh, Bonor, Bowein, Dargweh, Jenneh, Leyahn, Vincent, Weajor and Zohn Barmon amalgamated towns in Dowein Administrative District; all the amalgamated towns in Suehn Mecca Administrative District; and Boe and Zahn amalgamated towns in Tehr Administrative District.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
