Sinoe  Electoral District 1 has a registered voter population of 20,783  made up of   10,799 males and   9,984 females as of July 2023.

With 20 centers, the electoral district consists of all the amalgamated towns in Butaw, Kpanyan, Numopoh and Pertu administrative districts; all the communities in Greenville City; and all the township wards in Greenville Commonwealth District.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
