Rivercess Electoral District 1 has a registered voter population of 120,240 made up of 10,632 males and 9,608 females as of July 2023.
With 27 centers, the electoral district consists of all the the following: all the amalgamated towns in Central C, Doedain and Jo River administrative districts; and Bannie, Gbehwronkon, Wogbawein and Zoryu amalgamated towns in Norwein Administrative districts.
The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
