Montserrado  Electoral District 9 has a registered voter population of 44,038 made up of   22,771 males and  21,267 females as of July 2023.

With 34 centers, the electoral district consists of all the following: all the communities in Ward One and Ward Two city wards in Monrovia City; and all the communities in West Point Township.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
