Montserrado  Electoral District 3 has a registered voter population of 51,064  made up of   23,591 males and   27,473 females as of July 2023.

With 16 centers, the electoral district consists of all the following: all the communities in Ward Eight City Ward in Paynesville City; and Wood Camp and Morris Farm communities in Ward Seven City Ward (referred to as Ward Seven A) in Paynesville City.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
