Montserrado  Electoral District 16 has a registered voter population of 48,302 made up of   24,393 males and  23,909 females as of July 2023.

With 41 centers, the electoral district consists of all the communities in the Borough of Kru Town.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
