Montserrado  Electoral District 15 has a registered voter population of 41,673 made up of   20,666 males and  21,007 females as of July 2023.

With 30 centers, the electoral district consists of all the following Caldwell, Central Caldwell, Lower Caldwell and New Georgia Road communities in Caldwell Township; and Blamo Town, Central Logan Town, Free Port Development, Gbandi Town, King Peter Town, Little White Chapel, Vicky Spot, Zinc Factory and Zondo Town communities in Garglorh Township.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
