Montserrado  Electoral District 11 has a registered voter population of 59,901 made up of   26,927 males and  32,974 females as of July 2023.

With 22 centers, the electoral district consists of all the following: 1407 Community, ardnersville Estate South, Bardnersville Estate, Behwein, Dabwe Town, Duan Town, Kebah, Old Field Bend and Stop, Palm Hill, and Zone 1404 Bend and Stop communities in Bardnersville Township; Caldwell Market, Cassava Hill, Samukai Town and Upper Caldwell communities in Caldwell Township; all the communities in Dixville Township Ward in Dixville Township; Day Break Mouth Open, Grass Field, J.E. Marshall/JJY, J.J.Y North, Nyanford Town, Plank Field and Town Hall communities in Gardnersville Township; and J. Darpoe Reeves Community in New Georgia Township.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
