Montserrado  Electoral District 10 has a registered voter population of 57,119 made up of   28,674 males and  28,445 females as of July 2023.

With 28 centers, the electoral district consists of all the following: Barchue Town, Catholic Hospital, Chugbor, Congo Town, Congo Town Back Road, Death Hole, Divine Town -Togba Camp, Gaye Town, Key Hole, Nippay Town, Oldest Congo Town, Peace Island, Smythe Road, Tarr Town, Transformer and Yekpee Town communities in Congo Town Township.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
