Lofa Electoral District 4 has a registered voter population of 43,061 made up of 20,579 males and 22,482 females as of July 2023.
With 44 centers, the electoral district consists of all the amalgamated towns in Quardu Gboni Administrative District; Dayzabah, Karzah, Kesselemai, Vezala, Worbalamai and Zogolemai amalgamated towns in Voinjama Administrative District; all the city wards in Voinjama City; and Barziwen and Konia amalgamated towns in Zorzor Administrative District.
The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
