Grand Gedeh Electoral District 3 has a registered voter population of 23,509 made up of 12,189 males and 11,320 females as of July 2023.

With 34 centers, the electoral district comprises of Dazanbo Amalgamated Town in Porkpa Administrative District; Kebba, Kpallan and Weima amalgamated towns in Robertsport Commonwealth District; Tallah General Township Ward in Robertsport Commonwealth District; and all the amalgamated towns in Tewor Administrative District.

The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
