Grand Cape Mount Electoral District 1 has a registered voter population of 26,631 made up of 15,601 males and 11,030 females as of July 2023.
With 29 centers, the electoral district comprises of Gondor, Jenne Mana, Managorduah, Mecca and Tahn amalgamated towns in Gola Konneh Administrative District; and Benduma, Fulah Camp/Marwula, Jeijuah, Kongo, Por and Sokpo amalgamated towns in Porkpa Administrative District.
The district plays a vital role in electing representatives to the House of Representatives in the republic of Liberia.
